- Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Updates: Need to make a change? Please get in touch with us immediately. We can only make updates before your order has been processed.
Once you place an order, our team verifies the details, confirms payment, and carefully packs your items to prepare them for shipment.

International Shipping
- Delivery Time: International orders typically arrive within 14-30 business days.
- Potential Delays: Delivery times may vary due to your country’s customs process and the efficiency of its local postal service.
Please note: Once a package leaves our warehouse, delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays.
Tracking Your Order
- Confirmation Email: Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please check your spam folder and add support@wellnessnest.co to your contacts list.
- Track Your Shipment on Our Site: You can also use your tracking number to view your shipment’s progress directly on our website.
Troubleshooting Your Shipment
Incorrect Address
To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- Before It Ships: You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to contact us and correct your address.
- After It Ships: Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and these orders are not eligible for a refund or reshipment.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- If Your Order is Delayed: If your order is taking longer than expected, please get in touch with our customer service team with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- If Your Package is Lost or Stolen:
- If tracking shows “Delivered”, but you haven’t received it, please first check with your neighbours or contact your local post office.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered to the correct address.
- To prevent theft, we highly recommend shipping to a secure location (like a PO Box or work address). If you suspect theft, you can file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable, even as part of our Money-Back Guarantee.
Customs and Import Charges (International Orders)
- Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by your local government.
- These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid for your package to be released from customs.
- Wellness Nest has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. These charges are also non-refundable.
